Summer Schedule
Torque Sport Performance Summer Schedule: Starting Friday 6/7
Jump Start and Total Performance Athletes:
-Training sessions are at 10:30 am & 4:30 pm. Session duration will typically be an hour.
Elite Performance and Sport Specific Performance Athletes:
-Training sessions are at 10:00 am & 4:30 pm. Session duration will typically be over an hour, depending upon the athlete.
*We know there are exceptions to this rule with other sports, practices, jobs, etc.. So please reach out to make other accommodations or if you have any questions!

*Open gym also available for upper classmen from Monday - Friday 9 am - 2 pm & 4 pm - 7 pm. Self directed training sessions but there is still a coach available for assistance.
