Our TorqueTure program is designed to deliver a total body workout and is designed to improve over all performance and health. We slowly build your base with a wide range of movements from a few different training methods such as calisthenics, primitive movements and jujitsu. There is a strong emphasis on building proper form, range of motion, core strength and stability, and proper breathing. This of course takes time and dedication to achieve.
This program is ideal for the beginner level of fitness but even an intermediate or advanced athlete would still benefit!
TorqueFit
Our TorqueFit program is perfect for those interested in increasing their fitness with kettlebells, bodyweight and the TRX® Suspension Trainer utilizes your own bodyweight to increase strength and mobility while building a strong core. Kettlebell training incorporates many major muscle groups at once for a full body workout each session. This class is great for effective cardiovascular training and muscle building.
FusionFIT
Fusion Fit is an innovative workout class designed to build strength, improve joint mobility, and enhance overall muscle health. This high-energy dynamic boot camp combines weight training and bodyweight calisthenics into targeted superset routines, providing a balanced blend of intensity and restorative movement.
