Torque Barbell USAW

Torque Barbell is our USA Weightlifting club for competitive weightlifters. It focuses on improving the technical execution and strength of the snatch, clean & jerk and related lifts to enhance explosiveness, strength, and coordination. In each training session, athletes can expect to snatch or clean & jerk, perform a variation of the squat, deadlift or press, and take on other supplemental exercises for the Olympic lifts.

Torque Power

Torque Power is our program meant to improve your technical execution and increase your strength in the three powerlifting movements: back squat, bench, and deadlift. This program is created to progress your absolute strength in these three main lifts.

The Torque Strong program addresses athletes looking to compete or just have fun with Strongman, also referred to as strength athletics, is a sport in which competitors are tested for their pure strength, using a variety of different tasks.

Clydesdale concentrates not only on Weightlifting but any type of movement with a barbell or weight! This program is intended for SUPER TOTAL athletes. It is a perfect blend of Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman, and Bodybuilding. The main goal is to be Bigger and Stronger than the next person, if you just love to lift heavy s*** then this program is designed for you!
