Summer Schedule

Starting Friday, June 8

At Torque Sports Performance, our summer schedule is designed to provide consistent, high-quality training while allowing flexibility for athletes’ busy summer commitments.

Jump Start & Total Performance

Training sessions begin at 10:30 AM and typically run for approximately 60 minutes.
These sessions focus on building foundational strength, movement quality, and overall athletic development.

Elite & Peak Performance

Training sessions begin at 11:30 AM and typically run for 90 minutes or longer, depending on the athlete and training focus. These sessions are designed for advanced athletes looking to maximize performance, strength, and sport-specific development.

Scheduling Guidelines

We strongly encourage athletes to attend the training time that aligns with their specific program level, as this ensures the best coaching environment and training outcomes.

However, we understand that summer schedules can vary due to sports practices, games, or work commitments. If conflicts arise, athletes are welcome to attend a different session time when needed.

Open Gym (Ages 16+)

Open Gym is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
These sessions are self-directed, but a coach is available for guidance and support throughout most of the day. Open Gym is a great option for athletes looking to get extra work in outside of structured sessions.

Getting Started at Torque

All new athletes are required to complete an evaluation before joining training so we can place them in the right program and build an individualized plan.
