It’s all in the name. General Physical Preparedness (GPP), is designed to build the most broad, general, inclusive fitness possible. It says fitness isn’t what you look like; it’s what your capable of. Governed by measurable performance, we can help you look, feel, and perform better. Period.

TORQUE 101

Torque 101 is a 1 week introduction course, you will learn about the movements, nutrition and proper lifting form. Join us for our introductory ‘Torque 101’ program this month! We scale all movements to whatever level you are at. Beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes welcomed.

The Torque 101 program is our 1 week intro course which allows people to get acclimated to ALL training programs.

This class is designed to help you improve mechanics and perform basic maintenance on yourself – including recovering from high-intensity workouts, managing soreness and achieving better positioning. Discover the powers of foam rolling, self-myofascial release, PNF, trigger points, self- massage, stretch band work and more to become a better athlete.
